Before the Macquarie era Caleb arrived in the Colony with his infant
son, Felix.
After the Macquarie era:
In 1822 Caleb is recorded as working as a Tailor and living in Sydney
with his son, Felix.
However, between 1823 and 1825 he is listed as a Shopkeeper in Sydney
still living with Felix.
By 1828 he was a General Dealer living in George Street, Sydney with
his wife, Catherine, Felix, and a stepson, Alexander Ferrier
Caleb died in 1838, aged 70, and was buried from St Andrew’s Scots Church,
Sydney, N.S.W.
