During the Macquarie era Francis arrived in the Colony as a convict.

After the Macquarie era the following children were born to Francis and Ann, although no marriage records were discovered:-
Francis born c1825.
James born c1827.
Joseph born c1830.
William born c1832.

Francis Allsop married Charlotte Sweetnam in 1843 at the Wesleyan Methodist Church, Field of Mars; Parramatta – V1843 126 83.
A daughter, Charlotte was born to Francis and Charlotte in c1849.

Francis died in c1861 & was buried in the Wesleyan Cemetery, West Pennant Hills, N.S.W.
