During the Macquarie era Henry was tried at Lancaster Assizes on 1st September 1819 & received a sentence of 14 years. He was of Lancashire, a Cotton Weaver, aged 39***
On 18 October 1820 Henry sent a petition to the Female Orphan Institution which was rejected. Henry, a stonemason, was on a list of persons to be victualled from H. M. Magazines on 8 September 1821###
