During the Macquarie era on 16 January 1816 Henry, born in the Colony, of Wilberforce, N.S.W. and was on a list of persons to receive a land grant in 1816.###

After the Macquarie era, Henry sent a Memorial to the Col Sec on 13 May 1824. In March he sent a memorial for land at Wallis Plains. In August 1825 he was on a list of persons liable to serve as jurors in the District of Windsor###
