In October 1818 Jane was charged with insolent behavior in the Parramatta Factory & in November was on a list to be sent to Newcastle per “Lady Nelson” ###

In October 1822 Jane sought permission to marry Robert Willson at Newcastle. In January 1823 she claimed her sentence had expired. She was transported to Newcastle for 3 years in February 1823###
