During the Macquarie era, Patrick was tried at Dublin Co in July 1819 & after he arrived in the Colony his assignment is not known.

After the Macquarie era Patrick is not listed in the 1822 or 1823/4/5 Musters.

In January 1828 Patrick absconded from Iron Gang 8 which was working on the Great North Road. He is not listed in the 1828 Census.
