Before the Macquarie era Richard Fairweather was tried at Middlesex GD on 16 April 1806 & received a sentence of 7 years***

During the Macquarie era Rowland Fairweather, per Admiral Gambier 1808, of 21 York St Sydney received his Certificate of Freedom on 17 April 1813. In June 1816 he was on a list of persons who received horned cattle from the Government herds. On 10 September 1818 he was on a list of persons to receive a land grant that year. On 30 April 1819 he was on a list of persons indebted to the Government for cattle, to be paid in cash or grain###
