Buried: 17 June 1843,St John's Church of England Cemetery, Parramatta, NSW.
Prior to the Macquarie era, the following children were born to Simon and Ann: Simon born 29 March 1805.
Susannah born 10 September 1808.
Charlotte born 1 April 1811.
John born 29 March 1814.
Simon worked as a Government stock keeper at Toongabbie and in 1812 petitioned Governor Macquarie for a mitigation of his sentence.
His emancipation was granted the following year and on the 11 May 1820 he petitioned Govenor Macquarie for a land grant. He was subsequently granted 50 acres.
