During the Macquarie era Thomas was tried at Hertford Assizes on 12 March 1810 & received a Life sentence - CP 565***

On 5 April 1814 Thomas sought permission to marry at Windsor. He was living at Windsor & on a list of settlers to receive Government cattle on credit in June 1814. He sent a Memorial to the Col. Sec. in 1820 when he was living at Richmond###
