William Hibbard, a Harness Maker was on a statement of capital advanced by Gregory Blaxland between 8 February & 23 June 1807 & by John Blaxland between 29 August 1807 & 15 August 1808###
William Hibburd, of Parramatta, received produce from the Hawkesbury Stores in April 1809. On 8 August he was on a list of all grants & leases registered in the Col Sec’s office. William Hibberd/Hibburd married Charlotte Williams at St John’s CE, Parramatta – V1807 774 3A & V1807 384 147A

On 17 February 1810 William Hibbard didn’t attend to receive a liquor licence in consequence of not being ready with the required advance. On 17 July 1810 his signature was on a petition from Parramatta residents to R Durie. William received a spirit licence in February 1811. On 5 April 1823 he was on a return of allotments in the town of Parramatta.
