During the Macquarie era the following child was born to Mary and William :-
George  born c1814.

William is listed in the N.S.W. 1828 Census as aged 59, Catholic, Free by Servitude, Farmer, living at Lower Portland Head with his 15year old son George and George's half brother 24 year old Thomas Ambrose.
The Lower Portland Head farm consisted of 9 cultivated arcres of land.
