During the Macquarie era William, born in the Colony, son of Richard
Reynolds ‘Atlantic’ 1791, assistant constable at Windsor; on 30 June
1820 he sent a Memorial to the Col. Sec.###
After the Macquarie era William was appointed as assistant district
constable to his father, Richard Reynolds on 20 April 1822. In May 1822
he was appointed constable, district of Lower Wilberforce & in
December his servant was victualled at H M Stores at Windsor. He sent
letters re his salary on 14 January & 10 February 1823. In May 1824
his father sent a Memorial to the Col. Sec. In January & July 1825
